Byron J. Paul

Byron J. Paul has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Byron J. started their career at The Boston Consulting Group as a Principal, focusing on strategy, M&A, and operational transformation. In 2011, they joined John Crane, a part of Smiths Group, where they held the roles of Vice President, Global Strategy, Business Development & Communications, and later became the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region.

In 2016, Paul moved to DESTACO as President, leading the design and manufacture of automation, workholding, and remote handling solutions. Byron J. then joined Signode in 2019 as the Group President for Automation & Packaging Technologies until 2022. At Signode, they oversaw the company's extensive product portfolio and global manufacturing facilities.

Currently, Paul serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SyBridge Technologies, a global technology leader that provides value-added design and production solutions. SyBridge Technologies was established in 2019 and operates across 20 locations worldwide.

Byron J. Paul holds a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree, with concentrations in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Public Leadership, from Harvard Kennedy School. Byron J. also attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they focused on majors in Finance, Decision Sciences, Management and Strategy, and Managerial Economics. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from The University of Western Australia, with a field of study in Accounting & Finance.
