Kathy Fidishun

Vice President of Finance for Life Sciences & Consumer at SyBridge Technologies

Kathy Fidishun has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kathy currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance for Life Sciences & Consumer at SyBridge Technologies since June 2023.

Prior to this, Kathy worked at Kiwiplan, a global software company, from August 2007 to July 2023, where they served as the Global Divisional Controller. In this role, they were responsible for financial and HR management across 6 units located in the US, UK, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, and Thailand. Kathy reported directly to the Advantive CFO.

From September 2004 to June 2007, Kathy worked as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Jones the Florist, where they handled financial management, accounting, inventory management, and human resources for a retail floral, candy, and gift company. Kathy reported directly to the President.

Prior to that, Kathy worked at I.T.E. from January 2003 to September 2004 as the Director of Finance and Accounting. At I.T.E., they were responsible for financial management and accounting of an engineering outsourcing company and reported directly to the President.

Kathy began their career at Arthur Andersen, LLP in May 1989 and held two roles during their tenure. From May 1997 to December 2002, they served as the Director of Tax Operations, overseeing the financial management of two multi-office tax service lines. Kathy worked closely with regional lead Partners and site leaders to develop strategic business plans and managed the human resource function for over 200 tax professionals. Prior to that, Kathy advanced from a staff accountant to an Experienced Audit Manager in the Audit Division from May 1989 to May 1997. In this role, they provided services to various public and private clients, utilizing a participatory and hands-on management style to develop people and enhance client service.

Kathy Fidishun attended Miami University from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
