Pat McCusker has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies.
Pat co-founded AuctionMax, a company that facilitated the sale of items on eBay, and later joined Circuit City after the business was acquired. In their role as Director of Operations, they successfully implemented the AuctionMax solution within Circuit City's reverse logistics operations, resulting in improved resale value and becoming a top seller on eBay.
Following that, McCusker worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, where they focused on technology, media, and telecom. Pat excelled in various areas, including sales strategy, pricing, M&A, and supply chain management.
McCusker then joined InnerWorkings as President of North America, where they helped grow the company's revenue from under $500 million to over $1 billion. Pat was responsible for managing a $750 million P&L and leading a team of 800+ employees.
Pat later co-founded Fast Radius, an industrial tech firm that provided a software-driven manufacturing platform. Pat played a key role in building the company from an idea to an NASDAQ-listed firm and oversaw more than $200 million in funding across different markets.
Currently, McCusker holds the position of President at Fast Radius, a SyBridge Technologies company. Fast Radius was acquired to enhance SyBridge Technologies' traditional manufacturing businesses with a software front-end. McCusker's expertise and leadership contribute to the success of this newly-formed business unit.
Pat McCusker attended the University of Notre Dame from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance. They then pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2005 to 2007, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their time at Chicago Booth, they specialized in Economics and Finance.
