Chandrakala Shivalingaiah

Chandrakala Shivalingaiah has a long and varied work experience. Chandrakala began their career in 1996 as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Chandrakala then moved to Owens Illiois in 1999 as a Sr. Programmer Analyst. In 2000, they were a Lead Programmer at Spectrum Technologies, Inc. and then in 2001 they were a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Oracle. In 2006, they joined PAREXEL as a Manager Global Research Organization. Here they rapidly progressed through a series of increasingly responsible management positions based on strong organizational, customer management, team building, and team leadership performance. In 2012, they were the Founder and President of The Liberty LLC and Group Manager Clinical and Statistical Programming at Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health). In 2014, they were Associate Director of Statistical Programming at DOCS where they provided a broad range of leadership and team building capabilities to manage the performance and development of a Statistical Programming, Clinical Data Management and Bio-statistics team. In 2019, they were Director, Statistical Programming and Data Management at Vita Data Sciences, a division of Softworld, Inc. and is currently the Director Of Services and Support at Sycamore Informatics, Inc.

Chandrakala Shivalingaiah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Computer Science from Bangalore University (PESIT) between 1992 and 1996. Chandrakala then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Biosciences and Marketing from North Carolina State University in 2017.
