Jason Xu

Dr. Xu has nearly 20 some years of management experience in business development, marketing & sales, manufacturing & operation, and product development in industries such as semiconductor, clean-tech & energy, health and medical device, smart manufacturing, IoT and consumer products. He had experience in building out new greenfield plant both in Asia and United States.

He is a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur, having started innovative technology companies in semiconductor material, renewable energy and consumer wearable devices. He is a successful angel investor in Silicon Valley, with investments in several technology startups. He currently served as senior advisor to several technology incubators both in China and US.

He received his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota, and his BS in Energy and Power from Xian Jiaotong University, PR China.
