Thomas Ahlers

Thomas Ahlers has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Thomas started their career as a Principal Consultant and Senior Project Manager at SAP Consulting from 1999 to 2007. Thomas then moved on to Freudenberg IT SE & Co. KG, where they held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President Europe and General Manager/Regional CEO for P.R. China from 2008 to 2017. Ahlers also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Instant Edge - The Enterprise Transformation Platform from 2017 to 2018. Thomas then worked as the Business Unit Manager Sales & Marketing Solutions at Axians from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Ahlers is the CEO of Sycor since 2019, and they also hold the role of Vice President (SAP Business) since 2019.

Thomas Ahlers earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover, completing their studies from 1992 to 1998.
