Kacy Munden

Kacy Munden is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sycuan Casino Resort since May 2022, Kacy previously held the role of Human Resources Director at The New Children's Museum, where responsibilities included supporting union organization efforts and negotiating collective bargaining contracts. Kacy's extensive experience also includes positions at the YMCA of San Diego County as a Regional HR Associate, assisting over 800 employees, and implementing streamlined onboarding processes, as well as earlier roles at Reinhart Food Service, handling payroll, employee relations, and administrative duties. Kacy earned a certificate in Human Resources Management from San Diego State University from 2015 to 2017.
