Faysal Kabir Shuvo

Faysal Kabir Shuvo, PhD, is an accomplished strategic analyst currently employed at Sydney Water, where responsibilities include researching and enhancing 'The Urban Greening Model' using GIS, Python, and FME. Shuvo has also held positions as a spatial data researcher at the Centre for Urban Transitions and as a senior spatial analyst for Camden Council and the NSW Department of Customer Service. With a robust background in geographic information systems, urban planning, and spatial health research, Shuvo has contributed to numerous projects involving automated data processes, environmental planning, and public health research. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Urban Green Space Planning and Active Ageing from the University of Wollongong, an MSc in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
