Kylie Bennett

Kylie Bennett is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in government, debt recovery, and the community sector, specializing in addressing hardship and vulnerability issues. As the Group Manager of Retail & Frontline Services at Hunter Water since April 2010, Kylie leads the Collections and Vulnerability team and has played a pivotal role in developing innovative support programs for vulnerable customers. Prior to this, Kylie served as a Lead at the Child Support Agency in Australia from 2002 to 2009. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Newcastle, expected to complete in November 2024, Kylie combines extensive practical experience with advanced academic knowledge in business administration and management.
