Christopher Franskin

Christopher Franskin has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and Digital Transformation. Christopher currently serves as the VP - Global Head of Core IT & Corporate Digital Enablement at Syensqo, leading a diverse team responsible for overseeing technology platforms and ensuring efficient delivery. Prior to this role, Christopher was the Owner of Ganec SRL and a member of the CIO Governing Body at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Christopher also held leadership roles at Cigna, where they served as the Executive Sr. Director of Information Technology - Europe and Global Segments, leading multiple IT tribes and driving organizational transformation initiatives. Christopher has also worked at companies such as Solvay, AbbVie, FOST Plus, and INFORMATICA VAN BREDA, where they held various IT and digital leadership positions. Additionally, they have been an Executive Board Member at itSMF Belgium. Christopher’s experience encompasses areas such as digital marketing, web platforms, datacenter consolidation, cloud migration, CRM migration, and the implementation of RPA, AI, and machine learning technologies.

Christopher Franskin has a diverse education history. Christopher completed an Executive program in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Analytics at IE Business School in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Louvain School of Management from 2014 to 2015. In 2011, they obtained a Mini MBA from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, Christopher holds a Post Bachelor (Bac+4) degree in IT Management from Hogeschool Universiteit Brussel, which they earned from 2009 to 2010. Christopher also has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing from CVO Anderlecht (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and IT technologies from Communication and Information Management (2001-2002). Furthermore, they attended Bracops College from 1994 to 2001, where they studied Modern Languages. In terms of certifications, Christopher has obtained multiple certifications, including Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times from INSEAD, Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. Christopher also has certifications in ITIL V3 foundation, ITIL V2 Foundation and Practitioner, and ISO 20000 Foundation, among others.
