Busisiwe N. has a diverse background in human resources. Busisiwe started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Intercessor Group holdings in January 2018. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Life Healthcare from April 2018 to October 2019. Busisiwe then joined MTN Maverick Telecommunications as a Human Resources Assistant from October 2019 to May 2020. Busisiwe then moved on to Netcare, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant from June 2020 to March 2022, gaining experience in various HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sygnia Asset Management from March 2022.

Busisiwe N. completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, which they attended from 2023 to 2025. Before that, they obtained a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Northlink College, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to their college education, Busisiwe attended Midrand High School until 2015. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Time Management from DesignTech Training Academy SA in May 2023, and in Microsoft Excel from the same institution.
