Ingrid Marie Berge

Ingrid Marie Berge has extensive experience in HR and leadership development, currently serving as Spesialrådgiver HR - lederutvikling at Sykehuset i Vestfold HF since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ingrid worked at Skatteetaten as Seniorrådgiver in the Skattedirektoratet/HR-avdelingen from 2010 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading leadership development programs and advising management. Ingrid's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 2003, and additional qualifications in Digital Transformation and Leadership from OsloMet in 2019, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Administration, and Psychology from NTNU obtained in 1990. Teaching experience includes a role as a part-time lecturer in Organizational Psychology at Østfold University College from 2013 to 2016.
