Denis Thibodeau

Denis Thibodeau is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President & General Manager at Assistance Services Group since July 2019. Prior to this role, Denis held multiple leadership positions at Sykes Assistance Services Corporation from 1998 to July 2019, including Vice President of Shared Services and VP of Call Center Operations. Denis earned a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2013 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Algoma University from 1988 to 1992.
