Jocelyne Scarsellone

Jocelyne Scarsellone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relations and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at Assistance Services Group since December 2015, Jocelyne manages corporate client accounts and collaborates with internal teams to address client needs, while also compiling annual reports on the Costs of Long Term Care in Canada. Prior to this role, Jocelyne worked as a Product Manager at TakingCare Inc. from 2006 to 2015, where responsibilities included creating promotional materials, assisting in website redesign, and managing content for various platforms. As a co-owner of Fresh Unlimited from 2003 to 2006, Jocelyne was instrumental in establishing a luxury green gifts retail business focused on sustainability. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Laurentian University, a Certificate in Marketing Management from Ryerson University, and a Certificate in e-Business and Web Marketing from the University of Toronto.
