David Alfaro Morales

David Alfaro Morales has extensive experience in customer support and network security. Currently employed as a Network Security Engineer Tier 2 at SYKES Costa Rica since July 2019, David specializes in troubleshooting ASA and Firepower Cisco devices and providing support through various communication channels. Prior to this role, David worked as a Call Center Support Representative at SYKES from May 2017 to July 2019, where responsibilities included handling customer service for billing and fraud issues. Earlier in David's career, a role as a Cashier at Total/Alagas from January 2012 to May 2017 involved processing payments and ensuring high levels of customer service. David's educational background includes studies at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and Universidad Estatal a Distancia, as well as free courses at INA, culminating in a high school diploma from Colegio de Naranjo.
