Doug Fenstermacher

Doug Fenstermacher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Doug started their career as a Programmer Analyst III at Dimac Direct in 1995. Doug then worked as a Manager in Application Development at Vestcom from 1999 to 2003, where they led a programming team and managed client fee estimates and invoices. Subsequently, they joined AdSell Companies, Inc. as the Manager of Information Technology and Laser Print Operations, overseeing client-related production applications and executing marketing campaigns.

In 2004, Doug joined Maritz Motivation Solutions as a Senior IT Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing teams of developers, architects, business analysts, project managers, and QA testers. Doug also had project management and technical lead responsibilities, including system requirements analysis, documentation, and evaluation of software options. Additionally, they served as a liaison between the Operations, Solutions, and Sales teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

After a decade at Maritz Motivation Solutions, Doug joined Express Scripts in 2014 as a Senior Manager of Release Management and Production Print QA. Doug managed the release management process and quality assurance for production print. Following their tenure at Express Scripts, they worked at Enterprise Holdings from 2015 to 2018. Doug held the position of Manager of Rental Release Management and later became the Senior Manager of Infrastructure, specializing in UNIX/Linux systems.

Since 2018, Doug has been working at SyllogisTeks, initially as an Account Manager and currently as a Sales Director.

Doug Fenstermacher attended Missouri Valley College from 1991 to 1995 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
