Elaine Wardlaw has been working in the pharmaceutical industry since 1992. elaine began their career as a CFM operator at Ethicon, Inc. in 1992. In 2017, they moved to Symbiosis Pharmaceutical Services, where they served as a Senior Manufacturing Technician until 2020. elaine then joined Merck Group as a cleanroom operator until 2021. Currently, they are a Team Lead at Symbiosis Pharmaceutical Services.

Elaine Wardlaw attended West Calder High School from 1980 to 1984, where they studied English, Arithmetic, and Home Economics.
