Richard Beard is an accomplished Sales and Relationship Manager with extensive experience in the investment sector, currently at Symbiotics since March 2023, focusing on impact investing in emerging markets. As a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Blue Shelter Capital SA since October 2019, Richard Beard specializes in secondary transfers of private equity and other assets in Geneva, Switzerland. Previous roles include advising hedge funds as an Alternative Investment Advisor and leading sales initiatives at various financial firms, notably Scipion Capital Ltd and Hedgebay Trading Corp. Richard Beard holds a Master's degree from TBS Education, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
