Cindy Isaac (Elle)

Cindy Isaac, also known as Elle, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Cindy started their career as a Procurement Intern at BOMBARDIER in 2005. Later, they joined Intact Financial Corporation as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2008, before moving to Centre ACTION as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Intact for a brief period before becoming an HR Manager at Groupe MECACHROME's Engineering office. Cindy then joined Walmart as a Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2017. Currently, Elle is the Canada Lead Human Resources at Symbotic, starting in August 2018.

Cindy Isaac (Elle) earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines (Human Resource Management) from HEC Montréal. Cindy attended the university from 2003 to 2005. In October 2018, Cindy obtained a certification as a DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
