Emilio Yero

Emilio Yero is a seasoned Principal UX Designer at Symbotic since November 2022, leading a multi-disciplinary UX team and defining design strategies for automation software tools. With extensive experience across various companies, including roles as UX Design Lead at Takeda, Principal UX Designer at NxStage Medical, and Sr. UX Designer at Arthrex, Emilio has focused on user-centered design, research, and usability testing to enhance product interfaces. Emilio has a strong educational background with ongoing studies in XR technologies at MIT xPRO and a Master of Science in Human Factors Information Design from Bentley University. Active in the design community, Emilio has been a Professional Member of the Industrial Designers Society of America since January 2016, contributing to the advancement of UX design principles and methodologies.
