Pavithra Ashok

Pavithra Ashok has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Pavithra is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Symbotic since March 2022. Prior to joining Symbotic, they worked at Wayfair for nearly five years as the Associate Director of Technical Recruiting. Before that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Software Engineering and Product at Verizon for two years. Pavithra also held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead for Software Engineering at Infosys for over three years.

Earlier in their career, Pavithra worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Vodafone and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Reliance Retail. Throughout their career, they have developed extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and human resources.

Pavithra Ashok has studied Commerce with a focus on Accounting at the University of Madras. Pavithra has also pursued studies in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Case and Group Work, and Organizational Behavior, again at the University of Madras.
