Mark Cousins

Mark Cousins currently serves as the Chief Security Officer at Symcor, a position held since July 2017. Prior to that role, Mark held the title of Chief Special Constable at the Toronto Transit Commission from June 2014 to July 2017 and served as Police Commander at the Phoenix Police Department from July 1994 to May 2014. In addition, Mark contributed as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Northwestern University's School of Police Staff and Command from 2004 to 2014. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University, and attendance at the FBI National Academy, Session 231.
