Christa Kaizer

Christa Kaizer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Christa started their career at Alzheimer's Society as a Community Fundraising Events Volunteer in 2013. Later that year, they joined John Lewis as a Project Manager & Sales Assistant.

In 2014, Christa moved on to Dictate IT Ltd, where they held various positions including Managed Services Processor, Implementation Consultant, Junior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Christa worked there until 2017.

Following Dictate IT Ltd, Christa joined IAGCargo as a Project Manager, where they stayed until 2019. Christa then transitioned to Boeing as a PMO Project Manager, responsible for project management within the Support Chain Information Services programme. Christa also took on the role of IT Project Manager, leading change and refresh projects on internal and external systems and applications.

In 2021, Christa joined Symec Technologies Limited as a Project Manager. Christa quickly moved up within the company and became Head of Operational Services, ensuring the smooth running of logistics, technical provisioning, and project management departments. Later on, they took on the role of Head of Professional Services, driving growth in the business and leading services discussions.

Throughout their career, Christa has demonstrated expertise in project management, customer service, team leadership, and organizational skills. Christa has consistently worked towards enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Christa Kaizer completed their secondary education at Highlands Secondary School, where they obtained their GCSEs from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they attended Woodhouse College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied English Language, Psychology, and Sociology. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Christa pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Coventry University. In 2017, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
