Cindy Tingley

Cindy Tingley, CSPO, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Symetra since November 2019, Cindy previously held various roles at SAP Concur from May 2014 to November 2019, including IT Manager, where management of developer teams focused on the SAP Digital Interconnect CRM and SAP Compliance suite occurred, and as a Business Systems Analyst, which involved eliciting user needs and documenting requirements. Cindy's early career included positions at Univar from August 2006 to May 2014, where contributions included significant cost savings and the establishment of a successful email marketing program. Cindy holds a BBA in Business, Marketing, and French from Pacific Lutheran University, completed in 2006.
