Johan Lundqvist

Johan Lundqvist is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Symetri Europe since March 2020, Johan previously held the position of Head of HR and Ethics at BoKlok from July 2011 to March 2020, where responsibilities included establishing and driving the HR function within the joint venture between IKEA and Skanska aimed at developing sustainable homes. Prior to BoKlok, Johan was the Nordic HR Manager at Skanska from January 2008 to June 2011, focusing on HR strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer focus across the Nordic Residential Company. Johan holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Lund University and completed the Skanska Executive Management Program at IMD in 2017.
