Maija Vierimaa

Maija Vierimaa is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Manager for Sovelia at Symetri Europe since November 2023, Vierimaa previously held the position of Field Marketing Manager at AddSecure from February 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that, at Trimble Inc. from October 2015 to February 2021, Vierimaa contributed as both Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Specialist, focusing on enhancing the global success of Tekla software through targeted content marketing and lead nurturing. Earlier experience includes roles at Tekla Corporation as Web Content Coordinator from March 2011 to October 2015, where responsibilities encompassed website content development and social media management, and as Sales Administrator from March 2008 to March 2011, managing license orders and payment follow-ups. Maija Vierimaa holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing and a Master of Arts degree in International Business Communication from the University of Oulu, completed between 2005 and 2011.
