Christian Skjødt started their work experience at CMC Biologics in 2007, where they held multiple roles including Downstream Scientist, Cell Culture Scientist, and Upstream and Downstream Scientist. In these roles, they were responsible for project management, tech transfer, and cell culture production of antibodies and proteins. Christian also worked on process development and GMP manufacturing in steel and single-use bioreactors.
In 2013, Skjødt joined Symphogen as a Senior Scientist, focusing on cell culture process development for expression of antibody mixtures. Christian served as an API coordinator, handling project management and tech transfer to contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).
Later in 2022, Skjødt was promoted to the position of Principal Scientist at Symphogen, where they continue their work in cell culture process development and project coordination.

In 2021 and 2022, Christian also attended Storm - House of Six Sigma, where they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt with a field of study in Biotechnology.
In 2016 and 2017, Christian studied at Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) and obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt in Biotechnology.
From 2010 to 2012, Christian pursued Engineering Business Administration at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, earning a degree of EBA.
Christian Skjødt's undergraduate education was completed from 2001 to 2007 at DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Christian earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree with a concentration in Biotechnology - Medical Molecular Biology.
