Kenneth Quidgley, GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Kenneth Quidgley has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on healthcare and non-profit organizations. Kenneth is currently the Chief People Officer at Symphonic Distribution, where they oversee the distribution and marketing of independent music. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked at Moffitt Cancer Center in various senior human resources generalist positions, supporting ambulatory clinics, patient access, inpatient units, and the Moffitt Medical Group. Kenneth also has experience at the Human Development Center, where they audited HR functions and partnered with directors to improve operations, and at Suncoast Hospice, managing employee relations and leaves of absence. Kenneth has also worked at Fireline Restoration, managing all HR functions during the company's transition to being publicly traded, and at US Foods, where they oversaw HR functions for a large foodservice distribution facility. Kenneth began their career at Henry Technologies, where they administered employee benefits and compliance with labor laws. Kenneth holds certifications as a GPHR, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP.

Kenneth Quidgley, GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola from 1987 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Kenneth also holds several professional certifications. Kenneth obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2015. Kenneth is also a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), having obtained certification from HRCI in February 2021. Furthermore, Kenneth is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a certification they acquired from HRCI in December 2008.
