Jana Minarcikova

Jana Minarcikova is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in social media management and strategic marketing roles. Currently serving as a Senior Strategist and Social Media Manager at Symphony Talent since January 2022, Jana has successfully contributed to enhancing employer brand and candidate experience solutions for top global brands. Prior to this, Jana held the position of Marketing Manager at Goldex, where the focus was on providing accessible gold investment solutions. Previous roles include Paid Social Manager at AH Ltd., Assistant General Manager at Tart London Limited, and various positions in customer service at El Chicos Mexican Cantina & Cocktail Bar, as well as telecommunications operator and mentor at Conectart. Jana holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Financial Business Management from the University of South Bohemia České Budějovice and is currently pursuing a Level 2 ESOL Skill for Life qualification.
