As Operating Executive in STG’s Operations Group since April 2017, Stefano Malnati works alongside the STG deal teams in conducting buy/sell side product and technology due diligence and helps STG portfolio companies in their business transformation initiatives to realize investment objectives. He brings over 30 years of diverse software product development experience, a variety of technology, SaaS, product innovation, security and operations experience, and extensive hands-on knowledge around operating globally distributed captive and outsourced teams in several geographies (US, India, Eastern Europe, South America).
