Stephen Henkenmeier

As STG’s Chief Financial Officer, Steve Henkenmeier is responsible for the firm’s investor relations, finance, technology, legal, human resources, compliance and administrative functions.

Steve assists with STG’s deal structuring, portfolio management and driving transformational initiatives within the portfolio. Prior to joining STG, Steve held chief financial officer and senior finance, strategy and business development roles at several software and professional services companies including ClickSquared, Pri-Med, Mainspring, IBM and Novell.
