Cristina Tarbuc

Cristina TARBUC has a diverse work experience in various roles including Technical Writer, Learning Designer, Technical/UX Writer, Documentation Manager, and Freelance Translator. Starting with their most recent role at Symphony as a Technical Writer, they have been responsible for creating and publishing user guides and help files. Prior to that, at Amadeus, they worked as a Learning Designer, where they designed and edited learning videos, and also as a Technical/UX Writer, where they wrote and edited UI text and user guidance messages. Cristina also gained experience as a Technical Writer at BullGuard, where they focused on writing technical documentation. At GRAITEC, they served as a Technical Writer/Documentation Manager, responsible for localization, translation, editing, and publishing of software documentation. Additionally, they have worked as a Freelance Translator, providing technical translations in various industries. Cristina also has experience as an English Language Teacher. Overall, they have developed strong skills in writing, editing, localization, and translation, with specific expertise in technical and user-oriented content.

Cristina TARBUC holds a Master's degree in International Management and Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they obtained in the years 2009-2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Romanian-English at Universitatea "Dunărea de Jos" din Galați from 2002 to 2006. Cristina also has a high school diploma in Elementary Education and Teaching from "Spiru Haret" Pedagogical High School in Focșani, Romania, which they earned between 1997 and 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Cristina has obtained certifications in "Learning How to Increase Learner Engagement" and "Measuring Learning Effectiveness" from LinkedIn, with the former being acquired in November 2021 and the latter in October 2021.
