Tereza Santos

Tereza Santos has a strong work history spanning over two decades. Tereza started their career in 2000 as a Gerente Comercial at TMS Call Center, where they worked until 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they served as an Executiva de Negócios at RSI Informática. Tereza then joined Ingresso Rápido in 2015, initially as a Gerente de Suporte aos Clientes, and later became the Diretora de Operações until 2019. Presently, they hold multiple roles at Sympla, including CEO, CSO - Chief Service Officer, and Diretora de Operações, since joining in 2019.

Tereza Santos holds an MBA Executivo degree in Economia e Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Tereza also has an Extensão Universitária degree in Gestão de Relacionamento com o Cliente from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they completed from 2005 to 2006. Furthermore, Tereza Santos earned a degree in Publicidade & Propaganda with a specialization in Bresser from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
