Karan Sharma

Karan Sharma's work experience includes roles at various companies. Karan worked at Symplicity as a Client Implementation Manager, where they helped clients achieve their goals through process transformation, change management, and software implementation activities. Karan facilitated discovery workshops and mapped Symplicity solutions to client requirements. Karan also co-founded Rectrix Education, where they provided interactive learning experiences and taught fundamental courses to secondary and higher secondary learners. At Humber College, they served as a Project Manager, leading the Virtual IGS Integrated Hub project and working with minimal oversight. Karan also worked as a Shift Manager and Crew Member at Five Guys Enterprises, demonstrating effective leadership and management skills. Additionally, Karan worked as a Project Manager at Humber College, leading a team and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Karan began their career as an Electronics Maintenance-Trainee at Tata Motors, troubleshooting sensor issues and managing communication plans.

Karan Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, starting in 2013 and ending in 2017. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in 2020, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Humber College.
