Natalie Berger has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Natalie is currently working at Symplicity as a Client Manager, where they manage a portfolio of clients and provides training and support to new staff. Previously, they worked at Biola University as the Director of Housing & Residence Life, overseeing interpersonal development, health, housing, and discipline for 2300 constituents. Natalie was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising 100 staff members and managing a budget of $1 million. Prior to that, they worked at Indiana Wesleyan University, first as an Assistant Director for Residential Learning, Upper Division Residential Programs, where they trained and mentored staff and developed educational programming. Natalie also served as a Resident Director at the same institution. Natalie started their career as a Graduate Assistant for First Year Experience at Taylor University, where they hired, trained, and developed student leaders and provided support to freshmen and transfer students. Natalie also worked as an Instructor at Western Washington University, teaching freshman composition. Finally, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Whitworth University.

Natalie Berger pursued their higher education from 2008 to 2011 at Whitworth University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Literature. Natalie furthered their education at Taylor University from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Higher Education and Student Development. In addition to their academic qualifications, Natalie Berger obtained a certification as an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator from IDI, LLC in September 2021.
