Karlene Kerfoot

Karlene Kerfoot has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Karlene started their career at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, where they served as the EVP of Nursing and Patient Care for 12 years. Kerfoot then moved on to become the Vice President and Chief Patient Care Officer at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System for four years. After that, they joined Clarian Health Partners as the Senior Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care for six years. Kerfoot then founded their own company, Kerfoot & Associates, Inc, where they worked as the Principal for one year. Karlene later joined Aurora Health Care as the VP and Chief Clinical Officer for three years before returning to Kerfoot & Associates, Inc as the Principal. Karlene most recently served as the Vice President of Nursing at API Healthcare. Overall, Karlene Kerfoot has extensive experience in leadership positions within the healthcare industry, particularly in nursing and patient care.

Karlene Kerfoot holds a PhD in Nursing/Neuro from the University of Illinois Chicago. Karlene also earned a BSN and MA in Nursing from the University of Iowa.
