Khushboo Dattani

Khushboo Dattani has a diverse range of work experience. Khushboo started their career as a Trainee Intern at Surat People's co-operative Bank in 2006. Khushboo then worked as an HR Executive at Intellectual Career Counselling & Placements from 2010 to 2012, where they managed a team and handled various HR tasks.

From 2014 to 2015, Khushboo worked as a Career Consultant at Teamlease Services Private Limited, where they managed end-to-end recruitment, handled client relationships, and conducted interview drives.

Khushboo then joined Jsoft Solutions in 2015 as an HR Associate, where they were responsible for internal recruitment, stakeholder management, vendor management, and scheduling interviews.

After that, from 2016 to 2017, Khushboo worked as an RPO Lead at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, where they managed stakeholder requirements, vendor relationships, and led a recruitment team. Khushboo also worked on hiring strategies and conducted interviews for various companies.

In 2017, Khushboo joined Amadeus Labs as an RPO Associate and was later promoted to the role of Associate Manager. Their responsibilities included stakeholder management, demand management, candidate engagement, and mentoring the team. Khushboo excelled in hiring for the infrastructure and applications domain.

Currently, Khushboo is working at symplr as a Senior HR Recruitment Lead from May 2022.

Khushboo Dattani obtained a Masters degree in Business Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, between 2008 and 2010. Khushboo has also completed additional certifications, including the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in May 2020, and the HR Course - Agile PeopleOps Framework (APF) : Foundation from Udemy in 2022.
