Sharon Ikechi

Sharon Ikechi is an experienced product manager currently at Symply, where responsibilities include overseeing the Symply Applicant Tracking System, which streamlines the hiring process. Previously, Sharon served as the Product and Curriculum Lead at Energy Talent Company, collaborating with solar experts to enhance program offerings. As a Curriculum Designer at SheLeadsAfrica.Org, curriculum for a coaching program targeted at female entrepreneurs in Nigeria was developed. Additionally, Sharon held multiple roles at Andela, including Scrum Master and Senior Curriculum Developer, focusing on product management and instructional design for engineering teams. Earlier roles include IT Delivery Team Lead at Almond Careers and teaching Computer Science at Christ Comprehensive College, contributing to technical education. Sharon holds a BSc in Computer Technology from Babcock University and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin.
