Victoria Boyman

Victoria (Austen) Boyman is an accomplished NPD Programme Manager at Symprove Ltd since January 2022, with significant prior experience in product development and management roles within the food and beverage industry. At ROWSE HONEY LIMITED, Victoria successfully led the concept-to-launch development of unique products, including the first-to-market Rowse Hot Honey, while reducing customer complaints and enhancing trust through educational initiatives. Previous roles include Technical Account Manager at Fuerst Day Lawson, where Victoria identified new business opportunities and launched innovative products, and Beverage Technologist with a focus on novel concepts for Costa and Rubicon.
