Kelly Connors has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelly started their career in 2005 as a Prevention Associate at KAUFMANN'S DEPARTMENT STORE, where they were responsible for observing video surveillance, apprehending shoplifters, and collaborating with local police for prosecution cases. In 2006, they worked as an Associate Recruiter at Supplemental Health Care, sourcing talent through cold calling and resume searches. Kelly then progressed to become an HR Administrator at the same company, where they handled full-cycle recruiting and retention.
In 2012, Kelly joined ValueCentric, LLC as an HR Manager, responsible for recruiting and retaining office talent. Kelly utilized various methods such as internet searches, referrals, cold calling, and job fairs to maintain a quality talent pipeline.
Since 2017, Kelly has been employed at Synacor. Kelly initially served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, collaborating with the VP of Human Resources and global teams to shape the employee experience. Kelly'sresponsibilities also included establishing strong relationships with business leaders and reporting out HR metrics to capture trends and benchmarks. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director at Synacor.
