Maciej Balasiński

Maciej Balasinski is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at SYNAOS, with a focus on designing the Intralogistics Management Platform and enhancing team performance since June 2020. Previously, as Design Manager at Sourceful Information Technology Services from March 2017 to May 2020, Maciej guided digital transformations in various sectors, led design processes, implemented a design system, and managed large-scale projects. From March 2013 to May 2017, Maciej served as Product Designer, CEO, and Founder of Mobisense, overseeing over 160 mobile application projects. Earlier experiences include roles as UI Designer/Developer at Instytut OZE Sp. z o. o. and Branch Manager at World Trade Securities Ltd., where effective strategies were implemented to establish new branches. Maciej holds a licencjat degree in Teleinformatics from Wyższa Szkoła Technik Komputerowych i Telekomunikacji w Kielcach.
