Gurjeet Singh

Gurjeet Singh has been working in the Talent Acquisition field since 2014. Gurjeet started their career as a Recruiter at Zenith Talent where they sourced, interviewed and submitted qualified candidates for positions assigned. In 2017, they joined Ubertal Inc. as a Senior Recruiter/ Sourcing Professional and managed all aspects of recruiting, including staffing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, placement, background checks, drug screening, and hiring and extending offer letters. Gurjeet also developed and implemented recruiting strategies that resulted in improved business productivity, efficiencies, retention and/or ROI. In 2021, Gurjeet joined Synapse Business Systems Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote). In this role, they developed hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with hiring managers, clients and subject matter experts, built long-lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers, applied creativity, energy, and positive influence, interpersonal and analytical skills, and utilized multi social-media sourcing strategies to find passive candidates and create a network to assist in filling hard to fill roles.

Gurjeet Singh obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from the Punjab Technical University between 2009 and 2013. In 2017, they obtained a Web Development certification from the ISO - International Organization for Standardization. In 2011, they obtained a Level I: Network Performance Technologies certification from NIIT Limited. Gurjeet is currently pursuing an Attestation of College Studies in Informational Technology at the Institut supérieur d’informatique ISI from 2019 to 2021.
