Jeffrey Lee

Jeffrey Lee has extensive work experience in software engineering and application support. Jeffrey started their career at BWI as a System Administrator, where they configured and maintained Linux-based servers and Cisco-based equipment. Jeffrey then worked at RadioShack as a Sales Associate and later joined Charter Communications as a Customer Service Rep.

Jeffrey then joined Synapse Group Inc., a Time Inc. Company, where they held various roles. Jeffrey started as a Project Analyst, providing troubleshooting and data support for in-house developed applications. Jeffrey then advanced to become a Project Lead, Manager, and finally an Associate Director, overseeing a mixed onshore/offshore team and managing special development projects.

In their current role as Director of Software Engineering & ASIM at Synapse Group Inc., Jeffrey is responsible for developing strategic solutions to business challenges. Jeffrey manages a team that provides troubleshooting, debugging, and data support for in-house applications. Jeffrey also leads special development projects and works with potential partners to test new business concepts.

Throughout their career, Jeffrey has gained expertise in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, C/C++, Java, and various other technologies. Jeffrey has a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes and training offshore resources.

Jeffrey Lee began their education in computer science in 1999 at the University of Rochester, where they studied until 2000. Jeffrey then transferred to Western Connecticut State University, where they pursued their computer science studies from 2002 to 2004. Finally, in 2004, Jeffrey enrolled at the University of Connecticut to further their computer science education for a year, completing their academic journey in this field.
