Larry Blair

Larry Blair serves as the Hunter Safety and Education Programme Lead at NZ Game Animal Council since January 2022 and operates as a Freelance Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with The Blair Learning Project, which Larry founded in January 2013. With a focus on end-to-end design and development of eLearning projects, Larry also has extensive freelance experience with Synapsys NZ Ltd and Inspire Group, providing instructional design and development services to various clients across Australia and New Zealand. Previous roles include part-time instructional design and consultation at Barnardos New Zealand and multiple positions with the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand, where Larry contributed to the design and development of numerous eLearning modules. Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
