Virginia Forbes

Virginia Forbes is a seasoned Learning Designer at Synapsys NZ since April 2022, with a strong background in educational roles. Previously, Virginia served as an Employment Assessor/Advisor for the New Zealand Red Cross from February 2018 to May 2022 and as an IELTS instructor at Massey University from June 2017 to May 2022. Virginia's experience also includes working as an IELTS examiner for the University of Cambridge and as an Education Specialist at ECLAC between June 2011 and January 2017. Academically, Virginia holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Digital Technologies from Massey University, alongside dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Affairs from Victoria University of Wellington. Additionally, Virginia is certified in CELTA from the University of Cambridge.
