Nancy Behrend

Nancy Behrend has extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as a Youreka Designer for the Black Belt Team since August 2021, focusing on enhancing mobile experiences for field technicians and deskless workers. Concurrently, Nancy holds the role of Youreka Black Belt Designer and Senior Business Analyst at Synaptic Advisors since December 2019. Previous positions include Salesforce Project Manager/Admin Analyst at Ad Victoriam Solutions, where leadership on cross-functional teams drove Salesforce success, and Salesforce Administrator at Reach Out and Read Minnesota, enhancing donor tracking capabilities. Nancy's background also includes significant roles at Verizon as an Enterprise Release Engineer and at Alltel Wireless as a Senior Systems Analyst in QA and Release Management. Nancy holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Dayton.
