Gin Wong

Gin Wong is the Chief Information Officer at Synapxe since August 2023 and has been actively involved in the Singapore Computer Society since March 2019, serving as President of the SCS Digital Assurance Chapter and as a Council Member of the QA Chapter. In addition, Gin Wong is a member of the Technology Advisory Panel for SPD, contributing insights on IT and digital strategy to support the disability community in Singapore. From August 2016 to August 2023, Gin Wong held the position of Head of Technology Architecture and Policy at Singapore Pools, overseeing various departments and leading a team to drive strategic innovation and automation. Earlier roles include Deputy Director of Digital Governance, DevOps, and Quality Assurance at Singapore Pools and Senior Technology Risk and Control Analyst at Cargill. Gin Wong's career began as a Senior System Engineer at HP. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London.
