Leslie Jones

Leslie Jones began their professional career in 2005 at Amplify Federal Credit Union, where they served as a Loan Operations Supervisor. In this role, Leslie supervised Loan Operations Specialists, conducted evaluations, provided staff training and development, and maintained a positive work environment.

In 2016, Leslie joined Capitol Credit Union as the Director of Branch Experience and Member Retention, where they focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Since 2017, Leslie has been a part of Sync1 Systems, starting as a Product Analyst and then progressing to the role of Product Owner. Currently, they hold the position of Business Systems Analysis Manager.

Overall, Leslie has gained extensive experience in analysis, product management, and team leadership throughout their career.

Leslie Jones completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from St.Edward's University. Leslie attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
