Melanie Gabard

Melanie Gabard has extensive experience in legal and social project management, currently serving as a Juriste et formatrice at Syncea since June 2020, focusing on training and expertise for employee representatives. Previously, Melanie worked as an Auteure at Editions Tissot, where documentation related to personnel management was updated, and as a Juriste assistante at the Ministry of Justice, providing legal analyses and drafting projects for judicial hearings. Additional roles include Juriste - Technicien contentieux at CPAM de la Somme, and various internships in legal settings, including the Court of Appeal of Amiens. Earlier experience includes leading projects for SINGA France to support the socio-professional integration of refugees. Melanie holds multiple degrees, including a Master 1 in Public Action and Social Change from Sciences Po Grenoble and a Master 2 in Social Law from the Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
