Shiyamala Sivadasan

Shiyamala Sivadasan has worked at Syncfusion since 2016. From July 2016 to January 2020, they held the role of Business Development Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating business development activities. From May 2021 to the present, Shiyamala has served as a Client Renewals and Resources Specialist, focusing on managing client renewals and providing resources to clients. In July 2022, they transitioned to the position of Order Processing Team Lead. In this role, they oversee the day-to-day operations of the order processing team, providing support to representatives and addressing non-technical service requests from clients and other teams. Additionally, Shiyamala is responsible for reconciliation, revised invoices, and handling complex queries.

Shiyamala Sivadasan completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Apollo Priyadarshanam Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Shiyamala then pursued their Master of Business Administration in Human resources from the University of Madras, graduating in 2018.
